I’m about to drop a truth bomb that might sting a little but stick with me because if you lean into what I am about to say it can also be incredibly freeing. Ready... Your lack of consistent clients and income? 👉It’s not because you need another certification to prove you know your stuff. 👉It's not the fact that you are on Facebook instead of Instagram. 👉It's not because you don't have a website...or your brand colors aren't pretty enough. 👉It's not even your current strategy. So what is it? It’s because you’re constantly jumping from thing to thing hoping the next "shiny object" is the thing that is going to be the key to your success. But here’s the good news… The biggest reason so many service providers and coaches stay stuck in a cycle of jumping from strategy to strategy, coach to coach, and shiny thing to shiny thing is because they don’t give anything enough time to gain traction. They try something for a few weeks (maybe a month), don’t see immediate results, and think: "Well, this isn’t working. Let’s try something else. Let me see what (insert competitor or other coach) is doing to have success and try that" Sound familiar? I know, because I used to do the same thing...and so did most of your successful peers. It's almost like this unspoken right of passage when you are first starting out. But it can be the downfall of your business if you are not careful. When you jump from thing to thing or mentor to mentor it is really difficult to gain any traction. It is almost like starting over each time. And if you are lucky enough to realize that is no way to build a business you may come out on the other side unscathed. But unfortunately many entrepreneurs get stuck in this cycle and then start to experience burnout because they never gain momentum in their business. But not you...not on my watch! The truth is, if a strategy has worked for others, it can work for you too. If it’s not working yet, it’s probably not the strategy’s fault. It’s that you haven’t given it enough time to gather data, adjust, and optimize. So what’s should you do? Instead of constantly pivoting, try this approach instead: 1️⃣ Commit – Pick a strategy and stick with it long enough to actually track results. Most people stop or slow down when they don’t see instant results. But the key to success? Staying consistent. Create the plan, follow the plan, work the plan! So here’s your challenge for the week: Find the marketing strategy you’ve been dabbling in—and go all in. Give it the time and effort it deserves. Because more consistency = more clarity = better results which will ultimately lead to more clients and sales! And if you want help creating a plan you can stick to then definitely grab a copy of the Profit & Promotion Planning Workshop. This is your last change to get it on sale for $9.

Imagine you are walking down the street minding your own business and suddenly there is a camera crew and a guy with a microphone in your face telling you that you have an opportunity to become a millionaire but you have a choice to make. Option one is a million dollars cash right now, in your hand. Option two is a single penny that doubles in value every day for thirty one days. Most people take the million without hesitating, and honestly that's the logical choice on the surface because a...
I was stuck in a very long checkout line at Walmart recently. The woman in line ahead of me struck up a conversation which somehow navigated to her business. She had recently started it and she was getting some clients here and there. Unfortunately, the sales weren't consistent enough to feel stable and she was starting to wonder if she needed to go get a job to help cover her bills while she figured it out. I asked her what felt like the most obvious question in the world to me...who is your...
Reader, I want to tell you something that changed everything about how I run my business. A few years ago I found myself in what people call the sandwich generation, which sounds like a cute little life phase until you're actually living it. I was caring for small children and aging parents at the same time, while also trying to run a business that demanded I show up on Zoom calls, post on social media daily, live launch programs on a schedule, and generally be available to everyone at all...
