A peek inside my Evergreen Engine (and how it gives me time with my kids)

Hey Reader,

So this morning around 7:30 AM I was making scrambled eggs and packing my son's lunch box, and I realized something:

My business is working right now. Even though I’m not.

Leads are coming in.

Emails are going out.

My podcast funnel is nurturing people from “who’s this?” to “I need to work with her!”

And I’m just… here. With my 10-year-old. Making sure he gets extra love and a calm start to the day before he goes off to school.

If you've been here for any length of time then you know this is what I mean when I talk about the Repeatable Revenue Framework™.

It’s not some fancy marketing term. It’s literally the system I built that lets me be a present mom while still growing a business that supports my family.

Here’s what’s running in the background right now:

1. My Irresistible Offer — I know exactly what I’m selling and who it’s for. No confusion. No second-guessing. Just a clear offer that solves my audience’s biggest problem.

2. My Secret Podcast Funnel — This is my signature system. It brings in leads and nurtures them all the way to buyers. No sales calls. No live launching. Just a funnel that works while I sleep.

3. Email marketing that actually sells — I batch my emails. I write them when I’m in the zone (or use one of my proven templates), then schedule them out.

4. Content that converts — I’m not "performing" on social media every day. I create content in batches, repurpose it, and let it do the heavy lifting for me.

5. Ads to fuel it all — Once the machine is working, I pour a little fuel on the fire. Ads bring in leads for pennies on the dollar, and the system takes care of the rest.

This is My Repeatable Revenue Framework™ (aka the evergreen engine that fuels my business!)

And here’s the thing: it doesn’t require you to be glued to your computer. It doesn’t require you to show up on Instagram Stories every single day. It doesn’t require you to hustle until you’re exhausted.

It just requires you to build it once, then let it run.

That’s what I did. And now, when my son gets on the bus at 8:30, I come back home, have breakfast, and start my day knowing that my business is already working for me.

I get to spend time creating, coaching clients, serving my students, and actually living my life.

Because business should be fun. And it should give you freedom.

If you’re tired of feeling like you have to be “on” all the time just to keep your business afloat, then maybe it’s time to build your own Evergreen Engine.

You don’t need to be making six figures to do this. You don’t need a massive team. You just need the right framework.

I’ve been doing this for 23 years. I’ve built three successful businesses while raising my three boys. I know what works. And I know what doesn’t.

So if you’re curious about how to build a system like this in your own business, hit reply and let me know. I’d love to hear where you’re at and what you’re working on.

Cheers to your success!

Imagine you are walking down the street minding your own business and suddenly there is a camera crew and a guy with a microphone in your face telling you that you have an opportunity to become a millionaire but you have a choice to make. Option one is a million dollars cash right now, in your hand. Option two is a single penny that doubles in value every day for thirty one days. Most people take the million without hesitating, and honestly that's the logical choice on the surface because a...

I was stuck in a very long checkout line at Walmart recently. The woman in line ahead of me struck up a conversation which somehow navigated to her business. She had recently started it and she was getting some clients here and there. Unfortunately, the sales weren't consistent enough to feel stable and she was starting to wonder if she needed to go get a job to help cover her bills while she figured it out. I asked her what felt like the most obvious question in the world to me...who is your...

Reader, I want to tell you something that changed everything about how I run my business. A few years ago I found myself in what people call the sandwich generation, which sounds like a cute little life phase until you're actually living it. I was caring for small children and aging parents at the same time, while also trying to run a business that demanded I show up on Zoom calls, post on social media daily, live launch programs on a schedule, and generally be available to everyone at all...
